Mizzu got a bullshit last play td that should have been called back to beat SDSU. Was confirmed by leagues after the game. National Champions don't eek out crap wins against SDSU at home. Thats what I think when I hear Mizzou. They are not for real.

Signed bitter San Diego sports fan who has nothing to cheer about after epic fail by Padres and Chargers being Chargers.

Which would be crazy because whoever wins the SEC is gonna get in... and right now TCU/Boise are seperated by thousandths... lol @ #3 in that scenario :\

Yeah but on at least on of your RBs long runs one of your OL physically picked him up, moving him in front of tacklers which isn't allowed so the bad calls were a wash.

Plus don't hate on your Aztecs. They're a very good ball club.

Missouri teams own SD teams homie! - Chargers/SDSU 0/2

I kinda think the the computer polls like Mizzou a little more than they should though

Edit: and St. Louis beat the Chargers last week, so Chargers/SDSU 0/3

  11. If TCU/Boise do get screwed out of championship game, guaranteed that they will get matched up against each other, or will get the Big East and ACC champs.

Obviously. The real question now is, when Auburn or Oregon inevitably lose, which 5th or 6th-ranked team will inevitably make the 5 team leap to number one or two and be followed up with Jeff Sagarin's ridiculous computer rankings changing yet again to help the farce going. Lemme guess, next week Michigan State will suddenly jump over TCU and Boise... lol at a computer that has Alabama at 17th still allowed to factor in who plays in the "championship game."
  13. You can't look too much into the computers yet, look at where they have people ranked at the end of the year and pass judgment then. The problem this early is that there is only half the data to go on and one result has a much larger impact than it will when all the data is in at the end of the year. But the one good thing these computers seem to do is value defense and get past the "oooh ahhh" factor and simple-minded offensive evaluation that human voters have.
  14. lol tread. Do you just copy and past that shit in every thread?

Appreciator of Oregon /= simple minded

  15. the computers are so bogus. top 5 still have super hard games next week. but i still think if alabama win out they will be in the bcs game. but there is too much football still left to be played.
  16. Half the SEC is in the Top 25. Yawn, standard.
  17. dont sleep on the scenario of the winner of the bama/auburn game losing in the sec champ.. my dream scenario is bama winning out and going against oregon. mich st plays tcu or someone gay like that. fsu gets oklahoma.. auburn gets boise and west va vs stanford. not even sure if any of that can happen, but those are the matchups i would like to see.

    as it should be.

regardless of how good you think a NAQ team is, they're still in a NAQ conference therefore placing a permanent ban on being 1 or 2 in BCS rankings.
  19. Hawaii got housed by UGA in the Sugar
Utah beat Bama in the Sugar
Boise beat OU in the Fiesta

And if Nebraska wins the Big12 championship game last year TCU is playing Bama for the NC.

Which is why the BCS is bullshit. Why bother to be part of the FBS is you can't get a chance to play for the championship.

I mean, right now, Boise or TCU still need 3 of the 4 (Oregon, Auburn, Missouri and Michigan St) to get a shot. And if Alabama runs the table, the still might get shutout.

    BCS payouts are hella tho.

And they definitely need 4 of the 5 teams you mentioned to lose. Preferably all 5 so we can get TCU v Boise!

  27. i am a HUGE michigan state fan and would like to hear what other people think about them. this is our first good team we have ever had since the BCS came out. if we win at iowa this weekend it is going to be tough for us to lose again (home vs Minnesota and Purdue and at penn state). we have gone through the tough part of the schedule beating a very solid wisconsin team winning at michigan when everybody was on denards cock winning at an underrated northwestern team after playing awful for the first third of the game and beating an underrated illinois team. if MSU wins this weekend at iowa....do any of you think that they should be in the championship game? as one of the biggest MSU fans out there i think that if MSU wins out and goes 12-0....i dont think we do. the big ten is down and we dont play ohio state. also i think boise deserves it over us because they have proven themselves for the last 6 years. plus i just dont thik MSU can compete on the same level as Oregon or the SEC champion (auburn or Alabama). i do think MSU can beat any other team out there though. so what are your opinions of MSU?
