Been on 2 dates with girl, birthday this week what's my move?

    Kinda awkward stage, getting to know each other again after losing touch after high school.We both surf and just chill together at movies, starbucks, etc. Never been to dinner together, she said she doesnt need special dinner or anything but just wants to be together, do I get her something or what? She'll be 21 next week but we are celebrating tomorrow nite before she leaves for cali for a week.

    Well a bang before she leaves sounds sufficient, that way if I don't beat my 30 sec. record she won't feel dissapointed. Srsly tho do I buy something?

    Especially since she said she just wants to be together nothing special. I would get her something around 20 bux that it is worth keeping and hopefully a year from now she will still have it and you will still see it. (Provided you want to stay with her for that long.)

    There must be some kind of trinket at a surfshop or something you can find. Maybe find something with her birthstone in it if its not expensive...

    It is way too soon to be spending more than 20 to 30 dollars IMO.

    Since you havent been to dinner with her, i would just take her out to a casual dinner and then go chill at your/her place.
