  1. The only thing worse than going to a concert in which the Band sucks live, is to go to a concert where the Crowd sucks and act like dead fish.
i have been to shows in the south that have absolutely sucked because the crowd acted like they were too cool to let loose and have fun, jump up and down, etc.
Pensacola comes to mind as one of the most terrible. Atlanta on the other hand usually has pretty good crowds.

I'm not really talking about huge music fests like bonaroo or lollapalooza, etc ..

Basically, i'd like to know from OTers from around other parts of the country and world where you have experience a really awesome Concert experience where not only the band was awesome but the Crowd knew what was up as well.

    ok. ready. go!
  2. Detroit Rock City

  6. This is an easy answer because if you have ever been to a show at red rocks in Colorado every single act that plays says it is the best venue and crowd in the world.

  23. been to the Gorge about 9 times.... never fails to impress.
  24. If you havent been to Red Rocks you have to check out this video, you dont have to like kaskade but it give a couple great shots of the venue
This is also a run down of the some of my favorite Red Rocks shows Ive been to, I'll definitely think of a few more that I missed. I practically live at red rocks during the summer, I get to see probably 10+ shows a year. No matter who is playing it is always their best set and always worth seeing.

  25. The last pic of the SPAC in saratoga looks just like the camden waterfront, the tailgates there are always sick as are all philly tailgates(cant find any better basically)

Saw a few there and it's ok but I prefer the pool at Red Rock in Vegas and Mandalay was also fun. Pearl Theatre at Palms not too shabby either
