Been awhile since ive posted...
but ive been real lazy over the summer, just went away to school and im trying to rebuild, ive been going to the gym 1-2 times a day and busting my ass running right after the workout. ive been drinking protein shakes after or sometimes before and have been eating alot more chicken and beef to add some more shit to my diet...
..obv no steroids...
what else could i do to add some muscle in a short time? -
Hire a bouncer from the Bada Bing.

Lift free weights and eat a high protein diet. Its that simple broheim.

go to the gym once a day.
go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
eat well.
rest well.
don't rely on protein shakes.
don't drink your tits off nightly. -
don't over-extend yourself in the gym. recovery time is also very important to muscle growth. i shoot for 4 scoops of protein a day (1 before gym aka breakfast, 2 post workout, and 1 before bed). vary your workouts, let your body rest, and be patient, the results will come if you stay disciplined

Don't run your ass off to add muscle, especially before your workout. This will actually work against you.

Take NO Explode prior to working out. You'll work out harder and gain more muscle mass as a result. Awesome stuff, imo.

eat many small meals a day... high in protein... lift heavy weights low reps.... run a bit to help lose fat...
It seems like you want to cut fat/bulk muscle at the same time. This is somewhat hard but it can be done, just eat well, workout 4-5 times a week with a run at the end of your workout.
