    I have a check coming to me that I expected to be here already. I need 2k like tomorrow and would pay juice to get it if there was an option good available. What are the best options? Is there any play to get a loan that quick if I'm able to pay it back very quickly? I don't even mind paying back extra like 15-20%. Parents arent an option.

    Do you have anything you can pawn worth 2k? Seems like the easiest and just go get it back right away.

    no friends or family you can explain your situation too? businesses will rape you. but if youre willing to pay 20% on 2k for like a week it seems like someone else might too...

    Some kind of personal finance company. They will give you 2-3K no problem.

    Won't have to pay that much interest either if you pay it back quicklky.

    First you will need concrete proof of the checks existence. If you have that, you shouldn't pay more than 10-20% a month.

    Or as others have said, you could pawn something.

    Can you not borrow from family or friends? If not, then pawning does seem like the best option.

    Try calling citifinancial or HFC beneficial... both can give out unsecured loans same day, but it would be a check and not sure if it will clear in time for you. Also, of course, you need to be approved - not sure of your situation.

    The largest amount you can get from a single online payday loan service for tomorrow would be like $800-$1000 I believe.

    I've never pawned anything before. I don't have anything worth 2k anyway. Perhaps I'll check into that personal finance company.

    you should go out on the streets looking for 1 dollar notes on the path. Once you find one, do it again for 1999 times more and you are sorted!

    I don't think it's unreasonable at all. They are a business offering to lend you cash the next day you are in a bind and for their services you have to pay them. I did a quick google search and the top 3 sites apparently charge approximately $30 per $100 borrowed, or a $500 loan will cost you $650 when it is due.

    Does that suck? Obviously. But not many people who are in desperate need for cash, for whatever reasons legitimate or not, have access to getting $500/$700/$1000 so easily. Making sure they can pay it back on their next paycheck date is the key, because if you roll them over it says you have to pay the interest charge and then pay it all over again plus the principle the next time, so it could be a terrible cycle.

    Again - I get that the rates are ridiculous for a 2 week type loan, but if you're in a bind there are lots and lots of companies that will give you the cash and that may actually save you money if you're going to be late on a payment for something else that could lead to higher interest charges in the future.
