    htf has no one said sloppy joes? our HS lunchladies made them from scratch and they were sf$$$, served with tater-tots and choco milk..i always ate double lunches that day..and then scoured the section where the kids with FREE LUNCHES would place their tray they wouldnt touch..id generally eat 5 of them on sloppy joe day!!

    because sloppy joes at school fucking suck.

    our school lunches were similar to those found in public schools in mexico but some days were tolerable.

    best was of course chx fried steak with mashed potatoes. lasagna day was a close 2nd.

    some of the worst things they fed us were ravioli (always cold in the center), chicken nuggets, and french toast sticks.

    and we couldn't leave during hs because the fuckheads a few years older than us ruined it. but one of the lunch ladies was my neighbor and she would always spot me extra food and give me free seconds. probably why I was so fat back then too.

    tomato soup w/ grilled cheese was a fav of mine... and pizza obv.

    my first 3 years of hs we could go off campus for lunch and that was awesome obv, then my sr year they finished the school cafeteria and closed campus. They let wendy's, mcd's, and some others come set up shop in the lunchroom tho.. wasn't too bad. Wasn't like a mall food court but each had a few things off the menu.

    that is kind of absurd that so many high schools let fast food joints move in and pretend that it could pass for an actual lunch. no wonder why so many americans are fat f*cks

    Lol at this. I went to a private christian school which really sucked. When I first went there Thursday was chick-fil-a day and fridays was subway so that was the best. The funny thing about our school is in hs they had this new way for u to buy food instead of using cash. They issued everyone with a card with ur pic on it and ur parents had to put money on it ahead of time. So these 2 kids would find the kids paying cash and just buy their food with the card. Bascally they found a way to steal from their parents.

    In high school we also had chicken wrap day, which was so boss. Students would bribe teachers so they could get out of class early and ahead in line on that day.

    I was reading that they banned soda at my school though, which is apparently true of most other schools too. WTF is up with that?

    Being a Catholic school child, basically every Lenten Friday sucked. Shitty fish and awful mac n cheese.
