    A hotel employee in Nevada has filed a civil suit accusing Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger of sexual assault.

    ProFootballTalk.com reports that Roethlisberger was served the suit over the weekend. Roethlisberger faces one civil count of assault, one civil count of sexual assault and battery, one civil count of false imprisonment, one civil count of false pretenses, one civil count of fraud, and one civil count of intentonal infliction of emtional distress.

    The employee, Andrea McNulty, alleges that Roethlisberger forced her to have sex with him in his hotel room in July 2008. According to PFT, it is unknown if McNulty attempted to file criminal charges.

    David Cornwall, Roethlisberger's lawyer and a finalist for the position of NFLPA executive director, issued a statement to PFT in which he denied the charges.

    "Ben has never sexually assaulted anyone; especially Andrea McNulty," Cornwell said.

    Id be willing to bet 50-1 that this is horse shit. Out of all the girls that throw themselves at rich men let alone a top QB, Im sure he just had to force this one to f-ck him.

    Not that I think Ben did what he's accused of(I highly doubt it), but the inability to get any is not the only reason why people sexually assault someone.

    This story is such crap. I was there at Harrah's Casino Saturday night/Sunday morning and was several feet away from Ben Rothlesberger and girls were pushing me out of the way just to get next to him and take pictures and hug him. No chance that Kobe and Ben are both guilty here.

    Its a sad case for the girl that one day does get raped by a superstar athlete...reason I say that is in no way do I believe Ben did this, nor would ever have to do this, just like Kobe.....you'd have to be one SICK fuck to rape a girl in general, esp though if you were young, world famous, and rich.

    Yea... Ben didnt have a gun, shoot anyone, kill anyone, or kill any animals, and he wasnt charged by the police.

    Other then that, id say its exactly the same. I say we hang him.
