    I'm sold. I love shitty reality shows but I haven't gotten into BB until this season (it's very confusing with all the voting and evictions and vetos and stuff). It's the greatest thing ever. It's a bunch of douchbags in a hosue with NOTHING AT ALL DO TO ALL DAY EVERY DAY FOR MONTHS except sit around and talk about douchbag things with each other, and shit talk everyone else in the house constantly. It's amazing.

    Just this past week 8 of the 9 people left in the house have been utterly soulcrushed at one point in time. THATS AN 88.88% SOULCRUSHING RATE PER WEEK!

    No, it's a game. People's lives don't actually get affected (other than the winner who gets a nice payday), I'm refering to the people that try to social engineer the other people to act in their favor (ie vote certain people out of the house) and then get double crossed at the last minute.

    I watched most of the first few seasons, but haven't really been able to get into the last couple. I mean after they did BB All stars (brought back the most popular contestants from the first 5 or 6 seasons) it's really seemed downhill for me. I mean how do you top that?

    good reality tv doesn't get a fair shake, because it is all lumped together. There is actually a decent amount of strategy and psychology in Big Brother, and a lot of douche bags and sometimes a lot of alcohol so it is pretty fucking awesome at times.

    allright then claw...i will give this show a fair shake since there is nothing on tv anymore anyway.

    is it acceptable to start watching at anytime, or do you have to start at beginning of season?

    PS - I tried this with Survivor and couldnt sit thru one more ep. after watching three. Sooooo....GL BB

    I tried to watch in the middle of last season and I was kind of lost. This season is more complicated because everyone started off with a partner and now they don't have that partner, but everyone is still in the same house so it's a little odd.
