    i think simmons should stick to writing - his voice isn't suited for radio/podcasts/announcing and his tv persona is worse

    Could not be more wrong. His podcasts are the nuts. If you're a Simmons n00b, you obv are going to find his voice uncomfortable and irritating. For Simmons dorks like myself, it's angelic.

    That last little bit about a nickname was painful but he's doing alright so far. I just like that he isn't afraid to call a guy an overpaid bum.

    I really like Bill in the booth, I'm actually impressed how comfortable he is. He does need to project A LOT better though. He'll get the hang of it. Better than Doris Burke thats for sure.

    Yup. Jackson said a lot more people were interested in talking to Bill before the game than they were interested in talking to him. You could tell he was butt hurt.
