    I gladly welcome the ensuing criticism... they wouldn't be bold predictions without 'em. Just keep in mind I was once the guy who accurately predicted "Evolution of a Dance" would be one of the greatest Internet videos of all-time back when it was one week old and had 4,800 views on YouTube.

    1.) Evan Turner of Ohio State will be the next Michael Jordan. There, I said it. He's winning the Wooden Award this year, going #2 or 3 in the draft, and taking the league by storm from Day 1. I know it sounds preposterous, but you're going to have to trust me on this one.

    2.) Lady Gaga is the next Madonna. Think about when Madonna first came onto the scene in the early 80s. She was revolting, explicit, shocking, and sleazy all in one. But somehow her music quietly crept up on an entire generation and turned it on its ass. That's what Lady Gaga is doing right before our very eyes. If you're anything like me, you hated her first single, tolerated her second, and slowly found yourself singing along to her third. Her fifth single just came out a few days ago, and I can proudly say I've now downloaded by first Lady Gaga sound (much to the demise of my ego).

    Aside from the music, she's marketing herself brilliantly. Think about it: we're in an age where musicians and celebrities are everywhere, whoring themselves out any chance they can get. It's 24 hours, seven days a week of constant exposure. Now think of Lady Gaga. Name one interview she's ever done. Name one thing you know about her personally. Tell me her boyfriend's name, or her real name for that matter. She's a giant enigma. The more she keeps quiet, the more I want to know about her. She's the anti-Paris Hilton, and it's working perfectly. I love her for this reason alone.

    3.) Toby Maguire will win an Academy Award. I haven't seen the movie, heard any rumors about the performance, or anything else beyond the two-minute minute trailer I watched last week for "Brother." It's just a feeling I have. Can't explain it.

    4.) Andy Bernard will become the greatest character in television history at some point in the next two years. He's already passed on Dwight and Micheal on his own show. Next up: Cosmo Kramer. You'll see.

    5.) WhiteAlRoker will win $100,000 in the Pick 5, Defndrofangels will get laid by an above average broad, and DrGHouse will make a non-UFC related post sometime before 2011.

    LOL. I can honestly say if Lady Gaga walked up to me and said Im Lady Gaga.. That would be the first look ive ever had of her.

    Sorry, but Andy Bernard is not a better character than Michael Scott or Dwight Schrute therefore your predictions will never be 100%

    My prediction for every year of the next decade is that some unproven young athlete will come up, show early signs of success, and be dubbed "the next MJ/Gretzky/Bolt/Secretariat/Jenna Jameson" well before appropriate... and will fail, epically, at achieving 1/2 the success of the person they are being compared to.

    #2 is 100% true. Underneath all of that creepy clothing and weird shit she is an unbelievable musician imo.
