  1. Just watched the 1st episode on dvr after not being very interested in the trailer or promotions I saw and not really thinking Kelsey Grammer would be all that great.

Show blew my expectations out of the water; can't believe there isn't a thread yet. Supposedly loosely based on Richard J Daley but set in modern times, directed and produced by Gus Van Sant. I highly recommend checking it out.

And you can actually see the first episode on the starz website.

  5. just watched first ep, this show is gonna be great... doubt it will appeal to a mass audience and go on for very long though, it's too subtle and perfect
  6. Just finished watching episode 8(which was one of the greatest hours of tv I have seen in years) and I had to come back one more time to tell you people that this show is as good as Boardwalk Empire and Homeland. Great acting, great writing, great feel to the show overall.

If you don't have Starz pay the $15 a month to watch this show and this show alone. Well worth it.

oh yeah and these broads are getting naked every episode...

  11. The season finale was the best hour of TV i've seen in the last couple years

    So good
  12. Btw it's available on Netflix instant now, first episode was great
  13. love this show, love the character
  14. Holy fucking shit. Is all I have to say. What an insane, insane awesome season.

I am at once enthralled and disgusted by the ultimate messages of the whole thing. Wow.
  15. Thanks for posting this, I finished 8 episodes in 3-4 days, what a brilliant cast and script. I remembered Kitty from 90210 and I'm pretty sure Stoney was from Weeds (I'll probably check after reading this), both characters were awesome and Kelsey Grammer was simply amazing.
