  1. My father was a police officer for 30+ years. Towards the end of his career he caught a case of two "runaway" teenage boys (he was a juvenile detective). After several months of dead end leads, and hours of investigating (on his off hours as well), their MURDERER was caught. The man had the two boys, and another, buried under concrete in his basement. Ultimately, the serial killer committed suicide prior to his sentence being handed down.

The book is called BLOOD STAINED, and was written by author Dory Maust.

Check out DoryMaust.com for any info.

    **NOTE**

This book was not written to "glorify" a serial murderer. It was put together to let the truth out about the case, and hopefully save the life of a child in the future.

50% of proceeds go towards "Stand Up for Kids", which is a volunteer organization aimed at helping runaways, and kids on the street.

    Nice job dad.
  5. Yes, she came to town several times. Before the "bad guy" comitted suicide, he met with his lawyer. Left a copy of his "diary" for him. The story is basically told through those pages, along with my dad's investigation.
