Brisket recipes

    I have a 3lb brisket for dinner tonight. I do not want to use any kind of BBQ sauce.

    I would like some ideas as to how to cook this thing.

    Season it, put it in pan, stick it in the oven at 375 for 4-5 hours.

    edit: I ate some last week and it was so f'n delicous.
