Would like to know the opinions out there? Plus the top East teams still have an advantage over the West favorites at this time imo.
-
Lakers.
-
Lakers
-
i wonder how team Wretchyroll is doing.
-
wow....really. A healthy Houston or Spurs have no chance??? Seriously??
-
first off a big if on if they stay healthy...then they of course have a chance but still think that lakers would be the favorite
-
health is a definite if for those teams....but if they do healthy I can't see any reason why the Spurs (age maybe?) or Houston giving them a serious run for their playoff life.
-
true......but Lakers still favs....how?
-
ummm cuz they won the west last year without bynum
-
They had the best record in the west WITHOUT Bynum...
What are you missing here? -
lakers.
-
I like a healthy Spurs team over a 50%/Bynumless Lakers team. But that would require the Spurs to stay healthy and that's never a given.
I would not in a million years put money on a T-Mac team versus a Bryant team. -
So no West team has improved? If they do make it, do they have a chance against the East Champs? Likely boston or cavs.
-
I agree that a healthy Spurs team could take them down.......and definitely would not win the championship against Boston or Cavs
-
Umm a healthy Spurs team could definitely give both Boston and Cleveland a run for their money. The Spurs are pretty similar to the Celtics and the coaching advantage alone in a Spurs-Cavs series would make it close. Plus the Cavs are having enough health issues themsleves as it is right now. I fully expect Danny Ferry to be making a move here soon for the Cavs.
-
yea teams have improved but im not going to put teams like houston/new orleans/utah who hasn't gone to the finals yet over a team like the lakers who have done it...sure they can and i wouldn't be surprised if the lakers didnt make the finals but right now u have to have them as the favorite...and of course any team that comes out of the west has a chance to beat any team that comes out of the east, whichever team has home court advantage in the finals will most likly win imo
-
What does everyone think about Lakers (-5) AT Knicks? Seems low to me, anyone else?
-
the only thing that worries me is that its the lakers 3rd road game in 4 days and they might not have the legs to play with an up tempo team like the knicks but if i were to bet id take the lakers but would prob stay away from this one
-
I'd take the Lakers plus the points.
-
I ended up taking it anyways, Im such a degen. Line jumped to 6. I hate Kobe so much, but I gotta thank him here.

....and Kobe drops 61 on the Knicks weeeeeeee

I agree with Bob, I would take a healthy Spurs team over a Bynum-less Lakers.
