  1. i think if yer original pay check is normal and then they said they overpaid your bonus. i hope im getting this right. They can take some of the bonus $ back as they also cld take some off yor next check if it is your original pay that was too much. fucking diks imo
  2. IF they overpaid you then think of it as an advance on your next ck that they are no getting back. IF they didn't overpay you then they will not take money back that they paid you. This is an aweful thread. Thank god none of my employees have your attitude.

Reason: by attitude I mean lack of common sense and inability to have a conversation with HR
  3. Op sounds like he works for godaddy.
  4. I didn't think they could withhold your hourly wage. I thought that had to be paid regardless. But it seems like if he was overpaid, that he could talk to them and have it taken out of the following month's bonus? that seems like a reasonable alternative.

The part they'd be withholding has already been paid.

So can they take bonus $ that they paid me out of hourly wages?

Pay the money you owe and thy qon't take it out of your wages, easy game.
  8. Two pages deep and the only thing I can't figure out is how OP has a job...
  9. You owe them money. They can take it back at any point if you don't just give it back to them. Either way they will get it back. Why should they just let you keep an extra 187 because they made a mistake.
  10. I didn't get overpaid they're just trying to pull a jack

  11. how is the bonus calculated? And i highly doubt they're "trying to pull a jack" over $187 or whatever.
