    Travis County sheriff’s spokesman Roger Wade said Benson was arrested in downtown Austin on a misdemeanor count of assault with bodily injury with family violence. That is an interesting phrase and would mean something about their relationship which takes it beyond roommate here. I don't care whether dude is gay or not, beating up that guy seems excessive and playing for the Bengals is inexcusable

    in wv it would mean a relative or someone who you had a romantic relationship some states have also expanded the definition to include people living together so maybe the connotation for older lawyers like me is a little off
