    No surprises here, love the hire as the players love him, and his defense was beastmoding at the end of the year, and really played great in all of the games where the offense didn't give the game away via turnovers and going 3 and out every drive. Next order of business: bring in a competent offensive coordinator preferably Mike Martz and pay Dwayne Bowe and Brandon Carr.

    I like it too. It does mean we're definitely stuck with at least one more year of Cassel though.

    The entire AFC West was 3-3 in divisional play. That division is winnable now and a Martz offense will need to go through growing pains so I don't think that's the hire you exactly want. The Crennel hiring was pretty obv. Getting your star rb and starting te back will help too.

    Not sure how I feel about the hire but there weren't really any exciting alternatives and our d was very solid.

    i'd like to see what stanzi can do, but he's going to have to learn a new offense but I think he will be good given the opportunity.

    there is no chance

    browns will take him or someone will trade with the browns to take him. possibly the redskins trade up one spot just so other teams wont trade up to snake him. trading with the redskins would be great because they could potentially get blackmon with the #5 pick


    also on a chiefs side of things. i was under the impression that both carr and flowers are potential free agents, is this true or false?

    carr, bowe and orton don't have contracts for 2012.

    I've seen a couple articles (albeit fox sports on one of them) that blackmon could go 3rd to Minnesota

    i would prefer flowers but i guess carr would look good in ford field too

    and dont worry about losing carr chiefs fans, you have javier arenas and he is one badass mother fucker who deserves a shot to start

    flowers got a 5-year extension this year. carr imo stays now that romeo has been retained, but bowe i could easily see leaving or maybe being tagged/traded. arenas is def. a solid nickleback and S/T guy but not sure i want him in the #2 role. no way we have enough juice to get RG3. cassel is pioli' guy, orton will be gone, and or focus will be on fixing the offensive line that severly regressed this season.

    He is another in a long line of guys who worked for Bilicheck and are great coordinator's but fail as head coach. 3 years and he is gone.

    edit: buffalo was the #1 seed. obviously better than i remember. for some reason i recall them being real vulnerable to me.

    don't mind the choice but we gonna need a really good oc.

    also need to resign bowe n carr.

    only trade i could see for bowe would be to trade up to get rg3 or kahlil or blackmon, anything else and imma be meh.
