WOW! thoughts??
my initial thought is, this sort of game, does more messed up things then the regular boxing carreer does to ones head. i bet the dude isnt on drugs, or drunk , or anything, i bet his brain is just F'ed up from what he does as a profession. ... a LARGE price to pay for a little name regoc. no? i feel for teh guy. he is good, GREAT at waht he does, but he may of given up a full long life of mental normalcy. this video is sad really. thoughts please... -
He's drunk, no biggy.
-
MMA is alot safer then boxing for the brain. In MMA there is almost no direct blows to the head. Not compared to boxing anyway. Also the body takes alot less pumishment over all do to the grappling involved.
-
I attribute this to nothing more than a late night of boozin with a way-too-early morning interview.
Here's what Chuck says:
From Loretta Hunt at The Fight Network:
<blockquote>
UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Chuck Liddells incoherent appearance on the AM TV Talk Show Good Morning Texas, was attributed to illness commented both Liddell and his longtime trainer John Hackleman to The Fight Network this afternoon.
Liddell was interviewed on the Dallas-based show this morning to promote Warner Brothers pending release of the Spartan period piece 300, and appeared groggy, nodding off at one point while host Gary Cogill reached over to the fighter to ask if he was okay.
I am sick and rundown and need to get back to training, Liddell emailed me this afternoon. Trainer Hackleman says Liddell has a sinus infection and took the sleep medication Nyquil at 4 AM to try and get rest.

He announced he wants to fight TOMMY MORRISON next, haha. WTF.
-
lol he said he wants to fight tommy morrisson for his next fight.
-
ECHO... rly?
-
little more than liqour involved in that, could still fuck big head tito up in this condition
-
chuck doesnt exactly strike me as a big time rec drug user.
Isn't he fighting rampage next? or are they still working that out? -
Chuck DOES strike me as a "big time" rec. drug user.
-
So the man took a few pain killers, anti-depressants, sleeping meds, etc... and had a couple cocktails. He's the champ! He can do that! J/K if somethings wrong I hope he gets better!!

The tommy morrison comment had to be the highlight of the interview. When it took him a while to answer the question on who he wanted to fight next, I figured he was just trying to think of a few names other than just rampage, but tommy morrison?
-
Dana White made a statement saying that Chuck is looking into moving up to heavyweight. Dana wants to set up a fight between CropCop and Chuck. Biggest PPV EVER!!
-
Crocop could come down to LHW too, if chuck doesn't want to fight HW, crocop is quite light for a heavyweight and could probably make 205 fairly easily.
-
I think Cropcop has him thou just from weight and shit.
-
CroCop only outweights liddell by 8 lbs, so i hardly think crocop has it just from weight! I would give it to CroCop more on his pinpoint punches and devastating head kicks! But liddell does have a punchers chance.
-
Crocop is a MONSTER and as tough as the iceman is, I think Crocop could handle him
def. no drugs involved in this one fellas... i can't think of any rec drugs i've ever taken that totally slur my speech -
your trippin last time i checked if you were doing coke you probably wouldnt be doozing off but i dunno. Chuck gets wasted all the time people see him at the bars getting hammered all the time here (im from SLO). Except when hes training. He is also very intelligent he did graduate from cal poly. So hes not just some idiot that gets punched for a living
