  1. Just wanted to post this as a warning to anybody who uses CitiCard or is considering getting a credit card from Citigroup. I signed up for their credit card last year taking advantage of their 0% interest till the first of this year to pay for our wedding and have been making payments on it(much higher than the minimum payment). Well I paid the balance in FULL in April according to the total balance posted on their website and then receive a $7.44 interest charge for the interest on the days since my last posted balance. They refused to reverse the small interest charge despite my expressed frustration and annoyance with their policy and have lost me a customer for life. Luckily the balance was small enough that they didn't report it to collections because it is now past due since I just discovered the charge (which is now up to $7.94).

I then had to answer all these stupid questions explaining my financial hardship and reasons for being unable to pay with only boxes to check and dates to select and no where to write a message or select "other" for what really happened.

I have never had a credit card company do that as I usually pay off my monthly balances in full every month at the end of the month.

    F CitiCard!!

  3. They once applied my payment to someone else's account by miskeying a number, and even after identifying the error that they made they still made me fill out a fuckaton of paperwork before they corrected it.

On the good side they have been awesome when I have disputed transactions so I would still hold them above Chase by a long way.
  4. Citicard sucks. They started to charge me 12.95 per month for "Identity protection". I was like wtf stop this. So they said they did and I had to call back 3 times to cancel it. I had a zero balance too so I'm glad I checked it. Then they jack my rate up to like 19.99%. I have no balance and have never been late on a payment ever anywher, why jack it up to 19.99%? They respond to hedge our risks with you or something. Yeah, done with them.
  5. Citi is the worst
