    I have to draft a pleading based on a case i've been assigned. If anyone can help me understand wtf I'm supposed to do money can be had. AIM would be nice.

    Basically I have to "Drafting of one pleading based on the fact pattern assigned. (Worth 10% of the final grade)"

    I think I have to do a motion or something. It's a made up case, I havn't been to class in 2 weeks this why I have no clue what to do. If anyone thinks they can help please do so!
