Colorado is just 1-4 ATS in their last 5 road games. On the other side, Toledo football has been solid at home going in their last 40 home games

I'd take Toledo

His line is that it is the offensive coordinator who makes the quarterback playing decisions so he is out of the loop in order to avoid the appearance of nepotism.

I don't think it's working out too well.
