  1. Just wanted to come back and say I was wrong about RG3, Saints had no answer for his quick throws and he handled a big first game wonderfully.

Yes Matt Ryan will put up 4th round stats and was worth a pick there even though you could have got him later.

Yes Julio is on all my teams and I expect to continue his beastliness and finish Top 2 at WR

MJD the jury is still out but feel like he was still not worth a first or second round pick
  2. Clean sweep in all my leagues including a 40 pt win and a 60 pt win. First time all my teams have won, ever.

Trade question. Do I trade AP for jimmy graham? Ppr league. Or should I ride out fred Davis?
My rbs would be Murray, Mathews, Richardson and bush.

Start/sit do I play rg3 vs rams or romo vs. Seattle? 4pt pass TD

  4. If you can play 3 RB (1 in a flex), keep AP.

Id go RG3, Seattle is a tough place to play. Plus their secondary is good.

  6. 2nd waiver priority, looking for a flex play in a non-ppr. Which order would you rank these guy?

Randall Cobb, Alfred Morris, Kevin Ogletree
  7. Alf, Cobb, ogletree
  8. morris ogletree cobb
  9. Morris, Ogletree, Cobb.

I only say Ogletree because I think Romo LOVES picking on 3rd CBs who are covering the slot guy. Laurent Robinson flourished in the role last year, and I think Ogletree has a chance to do good things there.

Cobb is going to have a solid year, but he's still Rodgers' 4th/5th option (although he could sneak up on Greg Jennings). I think it's Nelson, Jennings, Finley, Jones, then Cobb...I think Cobb could end up #3, but Ogletree is #4 right now (I guess still behind Witten), with a chance to move higher...especially with injury-riddled Miles Austin and headcase Dezzy in front of him.
  10. beware of placing too much value on Morris. he could see games with 0 touches, knowing Shanny

i know you weren't saying he wasn't, but he's still way more valuable than the 2 run-of-the-mill WRs he's mentioned with in a non-PPR league.

there will be 15-20 WRs who pop up over the season with pretty much the exact same value as Cobb/Ogletree IMO.

Morris will at least be starting 1 more week, which means he gets to go against an awful Rams rush D...that alone is worth picking him up.

was actually coming here to ask if I overbid for him. 10 team keeper not a ton of names available and I bid $21 out of $100 budget.

I'm actually not going to be starting him in the near future as I have McFadden/Sproles/Bradshaw in my RB,RB,Flex slots already. I thought he could be a nice potential keeper who could be injury insurance this year.

Oh well, if I overpaid I'm not too concerned I almost always have extra budget left and wish I bid more on guys throughout the year
  19. Do I take a trade I just got offered of Jordy Nelson for Green-Ellis non-ppr league.

Running backs are Lynch, Sproles, Green-Ellis and I just got Morris on Waivers. WRs are Nicks, Jackson, Holmes.
  20. I cant see how you could let Green-Ellis go if those are your only RB options.

    I personally wouldnt do it.
  21. 10 team league PPR

Why should I not accept this trade? or is it a snap call

    giving Calvin Johnson

getting Matt forte and Roddy white

my wrs atm are eric decker, calvin, dez, malcom floyyd,
rb are peterson, richardson, spiller, kevin smith, mendenhall
  22. Call
  23. yeah i'm calling as well

edit: Admiral what did you bid for Morris or was it not an auction free agency?

haha, in an OT league, I had only 1 for sure healthy/active rb for week 2. I needed an rb badly to field a team this week. I shot my load with a $50 bid, next closest bid..........$10, fml.

I wish i would have atleast stayed with my starting bid of $35, but I got nervous and bumped it. I guess I'll miss out on the hot guy later in the season, but if I can't get some wins in these early weeks, I may not be in playoff contention later.

On yahoo!, go to the league tab, transactions, then FAAB bids.

You can do it on ESPN too, but I forget how atm.
  28. For anyone that uses Yahoo I have a question.

Im #1 in waiver priority. I didnt make a selection last night so I still have #1. Now that the waiver period is over, if I make a pick up, do I still keep the #1 waiver pick?

Ive been using yahoo for 4 years now and Ive never come across this scenario.

Thats what I thought but I wasnt sure. Since my waiver spots are weird in some of my leagues. In two leagues, I am last in the standing, and I ended up with the 6th and 7th waiver picks. Makes no sense.

Anyway, on to more pressing issues. I started out 0-4 across my leauges, so I need a nice bounce back week.

Do I gamble with RG3 @STL or stay with Eli @TB?
