The police never get charged with anything. They are above the law. The case in Texas is ridiculous. 2 dogs died because the cop forgot about the and left them in the car overnight.

this happened around here recently-ish, the a/c failed and the dog died, seem to remember there was some kinda alarm that was supposed to alert him too but also failed.
