    is it just me or does costco take back anything and everything with no questions asked? Ipod vs Soda....Soda wins. Walk into Costco (didn't even buy it there) and tell them that it quit working. They throw it aside and tell me to go grab a new one.....anyone else had any experience with their return department?

    costco took back a 10 year old mattress because the customer said it started squeaking.

    costco doesn't give a damn about a receipt, you just get store credit without one. my employee took back a digital camera last week that she used for a year and told them that it just wasn't working right. no receipt, they asked her approximately when she bought it, looked up a price and she now has a new camera. costco pwns flat out.

    My first trip to Costco and I was in Customer Service getting my picture taken for my membership card and a woman walked in with a case of diapers with like three left in the fucking thing and returned them for full credit, said her baby wasnt comfortable in them. I instantly added a year to my membership.

    costco return policy owns.

    if you dont have a reciept they look it up under your membership acct and issue you store credit
