    Ok, i read the other thread, so i was even expecting it to be good, and u all know what can happen if u get high expectations

    BUT THIS MOVIE OWNED . I didnt think Leo would be as bad ass as he was cause im actually I like Damon better, but LeoDecap was solid. Jack was solid. the one liners were solid. a must see

    agreed, saw it this afternoon as well. I wasn't sure what they were gonna do with the ending, but i really liked it, very fitting.

    havent seen it but sure looks like it, going tommorow. best so far for me this year V for Vendetta, which has been a poor dvd seller and is already on sale at target WOOT

    a) V For Vendetta has been on sale for OVER 2 months.

    b) Apparently all these critics either didnt see or already forgot about a lil' shake and bake.

    yes but its on sale for 10.00s this week, thats VERY cheap for a recent release. hasnt sold well.

    .... yeah come to think of it, wtf WAS in the brown envolope???!?!? and its not like they are doing a sequal LOLOL my guess is the same thing that he mailed her, or something close to it, but hmmm now im more curious

    What was in the envolope was obviously some evidence and instructions to tell Mark Walberg as Leo knew Mark hated Damon and would take action.

    movie just didnt make enough sense in the end B-. most disappointed been with a movie in a long time. kick ass acting kick ass directing kiss ass script with lots of juicy dialogue and....oh a story makes less sense then superman returns

    end was kind of hard to believe

    HOWEVER

    Leo was great
    Nicholson was AMAZING

    Just read through all the departed threads and noticed something that most people seem to be forgetting.... Alec Baldwin had some fucking funny lines and I agree that all the rest of the acting was some of the best I had ever seen. One of the few longer movies that I never got bored for a second.

    Wife and I just saw this moview yesterday and it was AMAZING!!!

    The ending WE DID NOT SEE COMMING AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    A must see for sure!!!!!!!!

    Wow I am suprised at the people that think the ending was ghey!!!

    I thought it was a great ending for a few reasons...

    1). I would think this would be a more realistic ending in that world!!
    2). It was not a typical movie ending at all!!
    3). I love endings you never see comming as well.

    Not sure what people think was ghey about it though.

    Great movie. Alec Baldwin was great. Especially his comment to Damon while hitting golf balls and talking about marriage.

    Just saw it saturday night and thought it was an excellent movie. I don't know if it was just my theatre, but people were cracking up when everyone started killing everyone. I'm not sure if it was meant to be funny, but the laughter could be heard in the halls of the place.

    Tsupa, I posted last week that same thing in an entire paragraph. The theater that I went to was sold out on opening weekend so much busier than yours. The people were laughing uncontrollably like they were watching Jackass 2 and not violent murderers to beloved characters in the movie. This movie was NOT a comedy, when the hell did it become appropriate to laugh at serious and such violent content in a movie?

    I saw it tonite. Pretty good. The ending was unexpected.

    My buddies girl is a chinese american and she said it is a remake of a chinese movie. She said it was almost word for word to it too. I IMDB'd it and she was right. There are a few sequels to the chinese movie so there will prolly be a sequel to this for sure. Stay tuned.

    Will Leo get nominted for an oscar, maybe jack? So many sick sick performances. The guys really all just clicked together.

    Oh and i laughed after Damon killed the other mole. It was just so unexpected I wasn't going to cry or something.... so I laughed.
