Blizzard just announced that it will FINALLY be released on May 15, about damn time.
-
Bout damn time.
Anyone in here got a beta account that I can play for a few hours at some point next week? I'd be willing to toss you a couple bucks. -
Open beta this weekend in case people didn't know
-
Download the client from Blizzard and you can play as much of the beta as you want starting from now through Sunday

Beta can only goto level 12 and ends at like 1/6th of the first act. So there's like 2-3 hours of game play before repeating and 5 different characters to try out.

You could make bank selling items in Diablo 1-2 because it was "illegal". Kinda like selling drugs irl to people. Once every little kid out there is able to grind away to earn back the cost of the game, and pay for their subscriptions to whatever other games they might play, I doubt even the rarest of items in the game go for more than $5-10. You're competing against child labor. I can cite numerous examples of this in other games, but I've maximized my geek potential for this post already :).

I took 3 days off of work next week and bought a 1/2 oz of herb after not smoking for almost a year.

All the stores I've been to have been sold out of the collectors edition. I guess I'll just get the regular version online.
