Is a total POS and they know it. I switched to Directv this year because I no longer live in my team's local market. The NFL Sunday Ticket is stellar imo. I'm a big fan of it. However, the TO-GO package for smart phones/computer has been horrible. It has worked on my phone/computer roughly 4 total sundays thus far. I have spent multiple hours on the phone with their NFL TO-GO techs, and after a ton of misinformation and apologies, one of their customer service reps mentioned to me that they "haven't worked the bugs out yet" and "probably should have done further testing before release." One of my colleagues has it and we bitch about it every Sunday. This week I didn't even bother to try it (thankfully I'm home).
Has anyone had better luck with this than I have? -

After dealing with the jabronies at MLB.TV support for 3 years, I've pretty much given up on getting support for this kind of thing. They most likely started Internet streaming because some executives' daughter likes that Interweb thing, they threw an expendable senior developer into a room with a couple of interns, and told them to work it out. Then outsource support and maintenance to a second-tier foreign firm, and tell the marketing team to get to work.

i appreciate it, but this was one of the first trouble shooting steps they gave me back on week 4-5ish. After this didn't work, they progressed to telling me to reinstall flash ( i did). After that it was something like "would you please try IE instead of firefox" (i tried). After that it was,

Instead of hitting log back in go to directv.com and login fresh from the main site.
then click on sports>nfl sunday ticket
then clikc sunday ticket to go and it should be working

what do you do about the feeds that need that random plug-in? Seems like a lot of the games lately have needed it.
a third source. . .i found a Live TV app in the android app market. . .i used it once and think the stream came from one of the same sources that those other sites use. . .but it is another option
