Do you drink the beer that your country exports?

    For exmaple :
    Australia is best known throughout the world for the brand "Fosters" beer as it is exported all over the world and is heavily advertised ( but not in Australia ), however very very few people in Australia actually drink the stuff.
    Is this true for your part of the world? Do you export the beer that you dont want to drink and keep the good stuff for yourself?

    I have known about this sham known as Foster's for a long time.

    Anyone that drinks it and claims to be from Australia is a moron imo from what I have heard from a few true blue Aussie's.

    From foreigners that I have talked to I believe the main american beer that gets exported is your budweiser/miller lite beers I like to drink stuff like Anchor steam, or flying dog, etc..and I imagine none of those are exported very often. However, since I drink a lot and cant afford to drink good beer a lot I drink almost exclusively PBR and I have no idea how much exporting PBR does

    Exporting deer urine is illegal i believe

    Even if you go to fostersbeer.com ( the website for the brand ), even that isnt marketed to australians, all of the measurements are in oz's ( what the hell is an oz anyways? )

    speaking for americans i would have to say that NO we dont drink any of the beer we export.

    idk if this is the worst question ever or what? what value comes out of this? that like asking a farmer if they drink the milk that comes from their cows.

    Alexander Keiths is probably the best canadian beer export and is also one of my favorite beers. Labatt Blue is also a famous export of canadian beer ... i found some in the countryside of Japan ffs! I dont drink it because I find it doesnt taste very good but my dad drinks it all the time.

    Fosters isnt an imported beer... it's brewed in Ft Worth TX
