  1. What do you take and have you noticed any benefits?

I take fish oil every morning, don't really notice anything. I used to take flax seed oil 1-3 times a day, during that time I had more energy/focus. I don't know if it was the oil, though. I've read a lot about b vitamins and all of their benefits. I'm thinking about buying one or two things. Any suggestions? I'm looking for energy/focus, but am curious about other stuff too.
  2. Whey Protein, obv to stimulate muscle growth but if I don't have it, I find my muscles feel much more fatigued the next day
Fish Oil, still young so don't really have any joint problems but my flexibility has definitely increased over the past 6 months
Multivitamin, don't really notice a difference but there's some food groups I don't really consume so I guess this is a supplemental thing for me in a way

Think I'm definitely gonna use flax seed oil and maybe wild krill
  3. In the last year I've started taking B, C, flax seed and garlic oil. Actually in the last year my wife has made me take B, C, flax seed and garlic oil. I've noticed no difference.
  4. I take a daily multivitamin and fish oil capsule every day. I also have 1-2 whey protein shakes day, sometimes more on days I work out. I've heard really good things about OptiMen from Optimum Nutrition, and I think it'll be my next supplement purchase.

  5. Vitamin C, Multivitamin, Fish Oil, and Vitamin D. And whey protein after workouts.
  6. PJ, do u use WPI or WPC? I got a really good one with hydrowhey peptides. And it's fkn delicious too
  7. this thread has already taught me that people take stuff without knowing why.

Pretty much everyone should take vitamin D and a multivitamin.
  8. Just a multivitamin for me
  9. a multi and fish oil like most everyone else
  10. USANA
  11. 8000 iu of D3 thanks to some solid advice from up North :)

  12. did anyone watch the daily show a few nights ago? There was a guest author who was talking about how multivitamins arnt beneficial whatsoever and that they may even be cancerous?

did some research and found some similar articles..thoughts?

this concern anyone else...I had been taking a multivitamin twice a day with meals, and fish oil
  13. vitamin D is huge for a lotta shit. takes about a month of daily doses to notice a difference.

I take a multi, 3-4K vit C, vit D every day and a vit E like every other day.

when I take vit E regularly my finger and toenails grow like weeds, have to trim them 2x/week, obviously my hair is growing fast too.

  15. I have been taking a multivitamin and a fiber supplement for a few weeks now. I have a lot more energy, but I'm pretty sure it's because I've been exercising. Talk to me about flax seed and fish oil. I know I can google it, but looks like there are some pros in here.

I use WPI, I've never tried WPC. What do you use?
  19. An after workout shake that is like a multi, T booster and protein shake all in one. Damn expensive tho for the fact that they combine a few things for you. I also take zinc, and generally do everything in my power to turn myself into a raging bull when going gym.

  20. Vitamin D3, one a day 2000 IU. It's 500% of daily requirement but my doc actually prescribed it after my last physical and blood screen.
  21. Fish oil, B-12, C for me...

Do you mean a perscribed t-booster or one you are taking for lifting...? If not perscribed, you should only cycle the booster on for 6-8 weeks max...

I have run 2 cycles of this stack and it is an awesome all natural booster. Highly reccomend it. 0 side effects unless you call better sleep, more boners and added muscle/veins side effects.

While this is true, supplements can help. Nothing wrong with buying a tub of protein for your post workouts... Fish oil pills are real cheap as well.
