  6. I only just started working out legs, although I played soccer for 15 years, so I was struggling to squat 165 lbs. last week... sigh... My legs have never, EVER been so sore. I could hardly walk up and down stairs for two days, and it seemed like a different part of my lower body hurt each day for like 5 days straight, lol. It was awesome!

    True story... I was at the gym the other day while some guy (couldn't have been older than 25) was doing the leg press machine with 27 plates piled on top/around. Kinda ridiculous (I mean, why do your legs need to be that strong?) but pretty cool nonetheless.
