get a job that does not require a drug test. f anyone that tries to fool their employer.
-
A private company has the right to set terms for their employees. If you do not agree with that right do not apply at that company. However complaining about it, or say "fuck them" for having the requirement is just silly.
Oh and I hope OP fails his drug test for trying to circumvent the system. -
seriously? f employers that discriminate. if you can do the job it shouldn't matter what you do with your free time.
-
You wanna know what's silly? Not giving a qualified applicant a job because they smoked a bowl friday night but not putting any restrictions on alcoholics but don't show up for work drunk. Breathalizers at work every am and I wouldn't be complaining.

Its going to be interesting, considering all the states that are considering "legalizing."
The whole employment issue is going to be tested, as well as driving I imagine. Being libertarian, I couldnt care less who smokes, but those that choose too need to take responsibility for their choice. If that means they lose their job because the company frowns on it, so be it.
I have no idea how it will work out. Is there a test to determine if someone is still "high" from MJ? For example, there is a test for alcohol to determine when someone is still under the influence. I have never heard of one for MJ.
I read that Colorado, is currently dealing with this exact issue right now, and thats only with medical marijuana. -
Shampoos is works but be sure then you don't get the one camomeal. It is really suck. I used the red one and got the clean drug testy. The you can buy it at CVS or Walgreens, but don't use the credit cards.
Peace. -
What does that have to do with anything? He says he doesn't want a high school bus driver. Neither would I.
-
It will still be illegal from a federal standpoint so it still shouldnt matter, and plus companys can still higher whoever they want and that still includes a drug test so be it. Nothing will change imo

It is a free country. He does not have to apply there. Conversely the company is not knocking on his door to get a sample to put on file.

It's a very simple concept yet drug users always get so up in arms about it and overreact. The same right you are saying you should have in being able to smoke a few bowls is the same right the company has to not hire you for smoking a few bowls.
On another note, it takes quite the lack of common sense to not lay off weed, or meth, or coke, for three months while job hunting. -
oh rlly they dont have to hire you if they dont want? thanks for the eye opening news buddy........... I was an HR major I know what they can and can't do...
I'm simply saying who cares what ppl do in their freetime if you can meet the job requirements and do the job.
If they dont want to hire him because hes lazy doesnt show up for work has a shit memory that is great. If he can smoke and still function fine at the job it is non of their business. -
why do u respond.. ur not answering my question i could give a fuck what ur opinion is on what u think people r complaining about or for what the test is for. obv u have no usefull info stfu and gtfo

you should be fighered for trying to use the shampoos witch doesnt work anyweigh
-
To the best of my knowledge, you can't beat a hair follicle test. It is rarely used because it costs a ton but if they use it, you are screwed. GL.

Well at least you have your priorities in the right order.
