3 years ago I won a lawn mower in some raffle and I ended up giving it to my neighbor. I havent had to mow my lawn since. Pretty good trade off imo.

i just bought a house with zoiscia (sp) grass... seems to grow more thick than tall, landscaper cuts it every other week, but he said in the spring time it might need more attention... it has also been very hot here this summer

I took my kid to a guy's house today so he could get his XBox repaired for $30 instead of sending it to Microsoft for 6 weeks and waiting for $120. The guy had a manufactured house, maybe 1 step up from a trailer park. He didn't have to worry about cutting his lawn, and neither do I in a townhouse community where they do all of the lawn work. So I'm not really sure if I have a point.
