  1. Alright my friend hates the Packers beyond anything else in the world. He's the biggest Lions fan in the world and just hates the Packers. Now we are offering him the following:
He's an undrafted free agent just after the draft is finished. Now a neutral team according to him (anyone other than the Packers, Bears, or Lions) offer him a deal for 1 year and 300k. After getting this offer, he receives an offer from the Packers for 1 year and 400k. He said he would refuse the Packers offer unless they offer him around 2 million more than whatever the neutral team was offering.

Where does everyone draw the line on something like this? I would take like 325k from my most hated team over taking 300k from a neutral team.

    glad you cleared that up
  12. This is actually tough for me... If it was a team I truly hated, and could never imagine cheering for, there is no way I would actually voluntarily play for them. I would probably do it in the situation in the OP, league minimum vs. a decent pay cheque. I would sign a one year deal, buy nice things, then sign with anyone else. No way I could play 10+ years on a team I hated, regardless of pay differences. Money < Happiness
