    Murphy was brilliant on SNL and in his stand up films as well as his early stuff

    Obv his concert material won't be of any help as it is

    1. dated, and

    2. much too dirty to use on network tv

    I've never actually sat and watched City Slickers. I've seen parts here and there but what I watched I didn't really care for.

    The Nutty Professor

    He's gotta be better than Doogie Howser (and yeah, I realize that NPH gets rave reviews)
