yeah, it's either mental disorder or drugs (or being all out of drugs). One of the two. GG cop. I'm sure he can always get a job in prepared foods tho.

  10. well that was a waste of my time.
  11. Lol did he call him a cock sucker on the PA system at the end?

not that I wanna be a stickler on the details of this fake video, but he lights him up at 0:45, he makes his left, travels down the road a bit, pulls off to the side of the road, past the semi and the other car, finally stopping at about 1:22.
  14. loool pretty sure its repost but that's awesome

I gotta disagree with ya on this one. Soon as he makes his left, he should pull over. But they probably decided the white building made for a better backdrop for their production.
  17. since your so keen on the details, you should have noticed that there is a 2ft shoulder on that road? where was he supposed to pull over, in the ditch?

cops don't really care where you pull over, as long as you do it immediately.

    trust me
  19. If it is fake, it is a very good fake. The way the office approached the car, his stance. His angle on the vehicle and driver at all times. Those are learned behaviors. Also the interior car noise sounds authentic.

Anything can be faked. If this is a fake, it is the best fake I have ever seen.
  20. This doesn't have to be a result of drugs or a mental disorder. Cops are under a lot of stress and sometimes it just boils over. I dont agree with the cops choice of language but it's not like anything horrible resulted from his actions.

  22. Is that true a cop needs a warrant to search a car??? I once had my car searched for no reason at all (I had nothing in it to worry about so I didn't hesitate to just cooperate) I was dropping my friend off outside of his apartment complex and these cops pulled up behind me, turned their big light on thats impossible to see when its shinning in your face, and started drilling me with questions. They were treating me like shit as if I was some kind of criminal AFTER they even ran my license and saw my perfectly clean record. They then found nothing in my car, and let me go about my night. I was 17 at the time, and obv very intimidated by cops so i just took it and let them do w/e they wanted.

They had no reason to believe I was doing any sort of crime, seems kind of unfair for them to just pull something like that on me. It wasted my time, and I'm not a fan of being some cop's little chew toy while they go on their power trips.

So my question is if a cop asks to search my car and doesn't have a search warrant of any kind, I can politely decline?

What if he pulled me over for a speeding violation, thought he maybe smelt a tiny hint of marijuana when he approached the window and asks to search the car, does he need a warrant?

    Not true at all.

@ Matt Never allow consent to a search. If he searches anyways because he "smelled something" the charges can be fought as an illegal search. If you consent then there is nothing your lawyer can do.

  24. damn, cop got pissed huh. Def needed a warrant tho, imo.
  25. Theres no way this is fake
  26. @Matt the first time I ever got pulled over was for making an illegal u-turn in the middle of the day in a nice neighborhood and the cop pulled me over and stuck a gun in my face for no reason whatsoever. Sometimes they're just assholes.

Thanks mate, learn something new everyday. I'm a law noob and not really sure what cops have the power to do.

I hate how common these stories are. Cops gon Cop tho.

  28. Cops can't search your vehicle without one of two things. Your consent or probable cause. Things that fall under probable cause are smelling marijuana, seeing a weapon, a 'hit' by a dog on your car etc.

You should never consent. a lot of 'probable cause' can be beat in court. So force them to come up with the reason to do it. And even if you have absolutely nothing to hide you still shouldn't consent.

  29. Ive also been stopped as I was dropping off a friend (african american) in a bad neighborhood, cop came up to the car with a gun pointed to my head. Asked me to step out of the vehicle put me in handcuffs and in the back of his car while he searched my car (he found nothing), I was also 17 so I had no clue about my rights, to this day Im not sure what I did wrong except he said that I pulled over in a no parking zone, which I didnt realize and anyway he gave me 3 tickets, for tints, something hanging from my rearview mirrow, illegally parking even tho it was a quick drop off. All I was doing was giving a friend a ride home from work. Anyway I know this isnt allowed but I typed up a letter and stuck it in with the ticket and plead not guilty, explained my situation and that I had a gun pointed at my head for no reason, told them I was from a very good neighborhood and that I would be sueing the city if the tickets were not dropped, I never heard anything back. So apparently the tickets were nollied. This was over 10 years ago, and I still have my license so its not like I just didnt pay the tickets.

@rungoodmuch, step out of the bubble u live in once in a while and open up your eyes
