espn.com jumped the gun a little bit

    Notice how the caption to the KG picture said that the Pistons "were not able" implying that the game is in the past, game over, the pistons lost. They obviously had the photo and caption ready to go when the game finished, as seen by the "KG (xx points)" as though they were waiting to fill in his final point total. Way to get the pic and caption before the game is even over. --- anyway, you can see i am bored.

    um, so in an industry that is all about instant info and constant updates, you were expecting that they wait till the game is over, then brainstorm a nice catchy heading, send it to the CEO of ESPN/Disney for approval, scrap that idea, try again, and finally come up with an appropriate caption some time tomorrow afternoon? I think its safe to say that when a team goes up by 24 on the road, newsfolk start to think of witty captions pretty early on
