  1. I know some ppl browse slickdeals.net and I saw these 2 subscriptions for $3.50 each for a year subscription. I know ESPN isn't the best sports mag but it also comes with ESPN Insider.

IMO they make decent toilet reading material, especially for $3.50/year

Also, Shape ($3.50) and Women's Health ($5) on sale for the OT ladies

It's listed on slickdeals.net under Saturday, March 14th
  2. can anyone confirm theres not a fucked up contract with this that you have to sign up for like 4 years or anything?
  3. just read some of the things on the hot deals forum about the site and some ppl complained that it took a long time to get their subscription started, but did in fact get it. The thing to know about espn insider is that when you sign up for it they enroll you in a auto renew subscription service. Just make sure to cancel at the end or call or have them take that option off when you sign up for insider

I ordered my espn mag subscription off amazon for about $12 a while back and haven't used this particular site. The link to the forum is here: http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?t=1241499

Sorry, don't know how to post links

  4. the catch with the insider is that you need to put down your credit card and it automatically charges you once your subscription ends so unless youre on top of it youll get charged the 35$ or whatever it is.

or im just an idiot and cant figure out how to sign up for insider without putting down my credit card
  5. pretty sure you have to use a credit card. Don't remember how I signed up but ppl on slickdeals said to just call and have a service rep stop the auto renewal. This worked for him and he wasn't renewed at the end of subscription.

EDIT: I just checked on my subscription status and the mag wasn't on auto renewal but the insider was. I simply called the number they gave me for insider, and they took me off the auto-renew list. We'll see when June comes if I get billed
