    I have Directv in CT. It very rarely goes out.. I mean I would say twice in the past year. Which is pretty standard.

    It happened in the Midwest also to us. I called DirectTV and complained, told them there was plenty of competition out there. They came and brought me a new satellite (free of charge) and offered us 12 months of free DVR.

    It hasn't rained or been windy yet, so not sure if the new satellite works or not.

    the guy told me to go outside and spray it with a hose to get the snow off! hahahah wtf?

    like i'm going out in the freezing cold to do all that

    oh well, i'm moving back to AZ on monday so F U Washington State and SMD!
