Google for "Fake ID." There is a forum, well, for everything and people review their warez and where they got them. If I recall they are in the sub-100 range.

If you live in LA there's places you can go to just pick the shit up on the street. Give a guy cash and 30 min later it's done. Every immigrant needs DL & SS to get work. So there's a lil underground economy for that.

Another avenue if you have the balls is to get the birth certificate and another piece of ID of someone who IS 21. Take it to the where you get licensed in your state and say you are that guy and you lost you drivers license or that you want an ID Card.

They will mail your 21 year old friend an ID with your pic on it. If pulled over you can also get the ticket written in your friend's name too. Then later when he doesn't appear in court he will eventually get picked up on a warrant. What are friends for?

In this day and age, it's impossible to make a fake ID, unless you get it professionally done and pay about $150.

The only thing you can do - and the safest approach - is to find someone you know who is over 21 that looks somewhat looks like you. Pay him $25 for his ID. Tell him you will never get caught with it, and even if you do, you will never blame him for anything.

That's the best way to go about it. Trust me... bouncers, gas stations attendants, liquor store clerks - they don't visually check the face of ever driver's license. It's not worth their time. All they do is make sure the date of birth is of legal range. Just make sure you at least look somewhat familiar with the picture in the ID and you're golden.

I really don't want to read all these posts (Thanks Jamers, I'll just respond to the title,) but I used to be that guy that tells you it looks nothing like you at the door, and the thing we were told to look at first was the bday, obv, then just give a glance at the picture then the person. Unless the person working at the bar is a huge dbag, or thinks you're an undercover for some reason, you'll get let in.

There's a scan of my old one. Worked EVERY time I've ever use it. Literally ONE month before I turned 21 I was buying some alcohol at a Hy-Vee grocery store and after I had already checked out and paid I hear..."Excuse me sir, I'm gonna need to see that ID again." I turn around and there is an undercover cop standing there with his badge flipped out. So I calmly pull it out of my wallet and hand it to him. He starts eyeballing the shit out of it, literally checking out all the information and comparing it to me to see if it matched. He asked, "So how long have you lived in Nebraska?" I said I just moved here about 3 months ago. He paused for a second longer and then goes..."Is this really you in the picture?" I pulled off my hat and gave him and smile and said YES. He then hands it back to me and says, "You really need to get a Nebraska ID, have a good night."

Bought mine off the internet from a Website in Canda for $200. It isn't exactly what a real Kansas ID looks like but is a "credit card" style one with a ton of holograms so it looks pretty legit to someone who has never seen a Kansas ID.

You go to the website and print off a form and fill it out with the info you want on your ID (I think you can choose from all 50 states). I also had to go to Wal-Greens and get a passport picture taken so whoever made it had an approiate sized facial picture that was small enough to scan onto the ID. I mailed him the form, passport pic, and a money order and about a month later it came in the mail. (I would've never done this in fear of getting scammed, but I had a couple friends that ordered them before me and everything worked out fine)
