Fuck him, he didn't want to be there and he'll realise in 2 years that he shouldn't have gone to Chelsea either. Meanwhile Liverpool have a proven replacement in Suarez and one of the most promising talents in British football in Carroll. Now we just need a natural successor to Gerard for next season.

Andy Carroll is the most overrated player in premiership history and that is saying something. It has nothing to do with his ridiculous transfer fee ever. He is just a younger emile heskey. People forget that heskey was once I highly rated young player and then signed for Liverpool. I can't wait til the summer when he goes back to Newcastle on loan. My first ever ot lock is that he is a massive failure.
Torres on the other hand is more than worth the money. Probably the best finsher in the world when on form. Chelsea are incredibly strong now with luiz as well now -
I agree that the money they paid for Carroll is absolutely ridiculous. Although people see the potential in him and this is what they are valuing as 35m, currently he isn't worth what we paid, but I'm sure he is going to turn into a great player (fingers crossed, a 35m great)

Torres has been playing terribly I don't know why Chelsea would pay so much for such an overrated player. Torres used at least be able to score goals, but he can't even do that anymore. My hatred for torres trumps my liking of chelsea. I mean if liverpool was so willing to get rid of him shouldn't they have been able to take a hint?

i just honestly think that carroll is going to be a huge failure. suarez on the other hand could be a great signing. but personally i think torres > suarez+carroll.
when you look at what torres had to work with at liverpool it is understandable that he would suffer from a drop in form eventually. him and gerrard have basically carried a team of below average premiership players for the last couple of years -

i have had this discussion so many times in the last 2 days but i would honestly not want him at arsenal on a free. he can work in a certain system but i just dont see him as or turning into a world class player.
