    </td></tr><tr align="left"><td width="100%">NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Former New York Yankee slugger Jim Leyritz has been arrested in Florida.

    The retired slugger has been charged on suspicion of drunken driving and with manslaughter in Fort Lauderdale following a crash that killed another driver Friday morning, police said.

    Local news stations in Florida are reporting that Leyritz was behind the wheel of an SUV that slammed into a second vehicle, allegedly ejecting and killing the other driver.

    Leyritz was booked at the Broward County Jail.

    He is best remembered for saving game four for the Yankees in the 1996 world series by hitting a three-run homer in the eighth inning that tied the game against the Atlanta Braves.
