    that's why it's fun being a pirates fan. the heartbrake.

    it's like playing at party, pushing with an open ended straight flush draw, and losing to 4th pair. closest thing to poker imaginable.

    dude, i love measurements in the giga-range. that's all. i'll post more often, if i remember to.

    Alou hit a 2-run shot, Pirates still up. i really need the pirates to win 77 games this year or i'm out a significant amount of $$$. to a brewers fan, no less. damn it.

    Note to fiberslalom.....start saving now because unless Santa and the Devil become good friends and hell freezes over there is NO CHANCE IN HELL THE PIRATES WIN 77 games. You have a great team in your town. Go to Busch Stadium once Pujols is back and enjoy.

    lol. i live in st. louis. the new ballpark is pretty rad, but it's still not as nice as PNC. the cards look dead without pujols. rolen and edmunds are too old to carry a team, and so taguchi can only be 'awesome' so often. they'll be fine as soon as pujols is back; it's a shame that he had a record-breaking season get fucked up by a dumb injury. he's a stud though.

    pirates 4-2 in the bottom of the 6.
