  1. I'm going on very little sleep and my brain is mush. With that said, I am working on an assignment for my Systems Analysis grad class. I am trying to create a help desk ticketing system (easy enough) and I cannot think of how to word what I want to say. For instance, the analyst that hasn't received a ticket in the longest time gets the next ticket. How do I word that? Essentially, I'm just looking for the opposite of "most recent" and I am having a big brain fart. Am I just looking for the analyst that has "least recently" received a ticket? If so, please flame away.

  8. Doesn't sound right to me. Not all tickets will be the same, so it's not logical to just keep spitting out tickets based on the last to get one. Wouldn't you just queue up the tickets and as someone completes or pends a ticket, the next in the queue would be assigned to that person?

    The queue would be set up as 'first in first out'
