  1. I dated a girl around five years a long while ago. I realized I bought her some pretty awesome stuff. We've both moved on, so I'm pretty sure this stuff just sits in her drawer.

Suggestions on wording things so I make her agree to give them back? Trying to be classy and stealthy here, folks.

  2. uhhhh you being serious?
  3. LOL Classy does not go with asking for gifts back. Sorry bro. Love ya (no homo), but this is a no go.
  4. [ ] pics
[ ] advice for new plattsburgh contestant
    [X] 4/1/11 tho?
  5. indian giver
  6. if they were gifts they are no longer yours
  7. Aren't you like a billionaire? Why worry about petty things like that homey? You can't "ask" for gifts back lol
  8. I don't wanna talk to you. I just want my hat back.
  9. That is like, if you bought a $3,000 TV for a couple that got married, but they get divorced a year later, you gunna ask for your TV back?
    lol
  10. Break into her house. Steal something worthless to you but you know she will need back. Arrange a trade.

This is so obv. No idea why you need OT advice here
  11. Convince one of your friends to date her and then have him steal your stuff back after she falls asleep from having unprotected sex with one of your very best friends.
  12. in before pics of ex-gf.
  13. Agree with the rest of the posts, I've never asked for a gift back or had an ex ask me for a gift back.
  14. "Trying to be classy and stealthy here, folks....."

  15. Guys, those things are just in the drawers, now. What's a gift if it isnt continually giving?

  16. First off asking for stuff back in general is cheap......asking for them after its been a while is absurdly cheap and borderline ridiculous.......no stealthy way to this, if you ask for them back you will look like a jerk/ass/cheapo/etc etc etc

Maybe if you told us what exactly you were wanting to get back the scenario would change....but I doubt it

It's a custom picture frame I made for us using condiment packages from many different places that we both enjoyed. There's an Arby's horseradish sauce packet, some nathans mustard packets, etc. It forms a really amazing frame. I'm sure for her, it still floods her with memories, but I can seperate the picture frame and just enjoy it for myself.

It took a lot of time to make, and I feel it deservingly needs to be back with me.

You have got to be kidding me, you made a picture frame with sentimental pieces of places you both enjoyed and you want it back.........I'm speechless, wtf you gonna do keep it in your house, give it to another girl?!?!? Both options btw are extremely pathetic.

Sorry if I come of mean man but man this is crazy......(edit) I guess if you want this so bad, then just ask her for it....your gonna look real douchy but apparently you don't care about that.

It includes a very valuable packet from McDonalds. I have a BBQ packet from 2003, and as you guys now know, they are only available in dipping containers. The value of this packet has to be worth a lot to McDonalds collectors, and i'm hoping to sell it without her knowing the value.

    Reason: good ol' wein.
  29. Im confused OP. You said it was some nice stuff you bought her in the original thread. Now you are talking about an (obviously not serious) item you made for her using fast food condiments.
