I think Shaq should give the movie biz another go. I know he was beyond horrible the first time he tried it, but, of late, he's actually been pretty sick in his espn commercials and also that show where he challenged the top athletes around the world at their own sports he was pretty funny in as well. I think he should try out some minor roles as comic relief in some action movies, and then if (and ONLY if) those go well he could start doing some bigger roles after that.

Because the Celtics are the dirtiest team in the league. Thanks dipshits.
-
what are we thinking for a fantasy fallout??
Leon Powe in line for big minutes until Big Z resigns in late March? -
i could never take Shaq seriously as an actor

lol i loved how this turned into a semi debate about shaqs acting/music career
but by far shaq rapper > shaq actor -
Shaq and the Cavs will be fine for the playoffs. If anything he might miss the first round sweep against whoever, but they acquired Shaq for the playoffs, not reg. season, and specifically if they have to go through Orlando and the Lakers.
The only problem might arise if Cleveland ends up being a better team these last 6 weeks w/o shaq cause they can run and gun more but in the playoffs everything slows down anyways so they'll still need shaq/Z. They got killed by Orlando cause they played small ball and pick n roll and Cleveland had no low post presence to punish playing Lewis at the 4 or someone physical to keep Howard out the paint. Shaq kills both birds with one stone. -
who gets shaq's minutes??

obv varejao's role will expand...what about powe--20-25 MPG? -
Does he really have to stay in Cleveland if he cant play? That would be the worst.

^^ agreed here... I don't think this is a huge loss as long as hes back for the last few playoff series. Shaq isn't really a model of consistency now, but I think hes still capable of some playoff magic against the big time competition. Hes a competitor, he'll get in and mix it up with anyone.

yes

it's a big loss if for no other reason than that they'll have to get him integrated back into the line-up while they're playing meaningful games
