I'm thinking about getting the new Callaway X460 driver.
anyone know of any good places online to buy this one cheap....
the cheapest i've found it so far is $269.00
also does anyone else play the the new callaway X-tour Irons??? -
Get the X-Tour with the 26.3 shaft in it. Easy to hit even if you arent a tour player and VERY straight.

Taylor Made Burner Bubble's are this years best new thing

All the clubs I play now, except putter and sandwedge, are about 5 yr old Callaways so i'm very used to Callaway clubs.
Just wondering if there is a good place to get the X460 driver cheap.
also wondring how the X-tour irons play if anyone plays them, i'de like to know their opinion. -
dont buy anything off the rack, go to a pro shop to get fitted before u buy anything

ping G2/G5 drivers are VERY good, i almost bought one myself last year before heading to golf school but opted for a cleveland launcher since my boss sold it to me for 70 bucks :P. If you have the $$, the Nike Sasquach is VERY VERY nice too.

Depending where you live, I would recommend finding a 2nd swing golf if it is nearby. The store has a great policy about clubs (you get 30 days to play with them, and can return for full store credit if dissatisfied), or even Golf Galaxy has the same deal on their pre-swung clubs. Online I have no idea, but I wouldn't do it online unless you know the exact specs (loft, shaft, etc) that you are looking for.
If you are looking at other drivers, I would highly recommend the Nike Sasquatch and the Titleist 905 series.
Good luck. -
I have a Mizuno driver and Mizuno MP-33 irons and I will never switch so I would recommend these, but really, its all about going out and finding what suits you and what feels comfortable.

I have to agree with dabrian, getting fitted will make the difference, getting the correct shaft (for your swing speed) with the correct kick point is crucial no matter what driver you have.

seriously - the Nike Sasquatch is GREAT
