  5. Congrats and keep it going. The only downer is you'll have to splurge to get a new wardrobe but ultimately, way worth it.

    hell yeah man, it feels good to be lighter. Part of the reason I lost so much is because I started a landscaping job where I'm going 100% all day + im running and lifting.

  10. yeah im just running for now, doing a half marathon in nov. but i will be adding in lifting soon so hopefully the pounds fly off. are you dieting as well?

    yeah, just eating leaner meats and not eating before I go to bed. That's it.

  13. PM me for some solid weight lifting routines when you are ready. I worked as a personal trainer for 3 years and taught weight training for TCU as part of my GA duties, I've accumulated some solid workouts over the years.
