    Girlfriend will be using it to touch up on some of her projects from school until she graduates in May. After that here and there for work (assuming she finds a job oooonnnneeee tiiiimmmeee dealer!!)

    The list of programs you mention make it a bit hard since some work great with Mac's and others don't. Namely, Photoshop and more or less all programs used for Graphic Design are fine with Mac's. However, CAD programs in general are a pain in the ass on Mac's and should mostly be used on PC's. In fact, it used to be that in order to run AutoCAD on a Mac you needed to use a program like Virtual PC (and this was unstable as all hell.) If you have more specific questions you can pm me as my fiance is a graphic designer who uses a Mac and I am a graduate architect who uses a PC.

    Since CAD is more of her profession and photoshop more of a hobby, I guess PC it is.
