id say go w something in the 450 range and stick w a weber. My uncle bought this brinkman for like 200 and after a a year it started coming a part a bit not too bad. after about two years i swear the thing would catch on fire. it was the worst. -
Yea, I don't think you can go wrong with a Weber. You just need to find one with the features you want. I have no use for those side burners. The best things about Weber are the lava rock, the grate and the dependability. I have had mine for about 10 years and it is going strong still heats nice and evenly across the entire grate. The grate is the heavy iron kind, not a flimsy wire one. I hate the flimsy grates. Even the electronic ignition lasted about 6 years. Now I just stick a match in the little hole and it fires right up every time.

Yeah you definitely have to be careful with a $200 grill. But read all the reviews and you can actually find a decent one in that range. Webers are great grills but you are paying a huge premium for the name.

had it over a year hasnt broken, cook on it a few times a week. its a charbroil. got it at lowes. maybe was like $250. its great, gfs dad has same one and hes had it for a lot longer than me. its a great grill and will be fine unless you are looking to cook for a large amount of people. if you are jsut grilling for your family it is more than big enough.
