    It's going to be bad. As someone who fishes the Gulf Coast, it's going to be catastrophic. I wonder where we are as a species when public awareness on issues like this (other than the media, just the general public) is rather low. Hope this can cause a conscious awakening for all of us. God knows I'm fucking wasteful as shit (for the last time, I'm not a hippy and most of y'all would consider me a redneck). Hope this disaster will be positive in the long run. We have a responsibility to leave this place in good shape for those that will follow us. This video is for them.

    it was sf obv before the election that this would occur... as many of us clearly stated, while supporting a lackluster candidate in McCain. Obama is well on his way to being the biggest joke in history to lead the US... the funny/sad part is the people who still are so blind that they claim he's doing a great job...

    So true. Other than Gamma, who thinks Obama is the man for firing some helpless lackey, you know Obama is losing steam when you have an overwhelming absence of Obamaphiles defending him in this thread and in the media. Yay... the fraud is finally being exposed.

    He had the chutzpah to call the media "talking heads." I almost fell on my ass lolllerblading at his hypocrisy. Obama is the poster child for talking heads. All he does is fucking talk.

    He talks about forming commissions. He talks about gathering consensus. He has meetings to talk about making plans. He even talked his way into the presidency.

    In my book any president needs to keep it classy and take a higher road while not giving a crap what pressure his friends think he has to do to be tough.
    We get it, he mad.
    We get it, you haven't been able to claim you fixed somehing yet.
    We get it you're pissed bp isn't an American company you can boss around more.
    We get it bp is doing a horrrrrrible pr job and you think lobbying for people to be fired through the media is classy and somehow that's your job running companies now with all your recent auto and banking experience.
    We get it, you suck at leadership, just good at pretty speeches, pushng agendas despite other needs, and you're obv a horrible listener-except from the wrong people.
    we get it you're good at golf, vacationing, basketball, ceremonial crap, picking NCAA brackets, fighting fox news for drama, feigning anger, telling people to just plug the damn hole, telling people what to do with their lives and free time, campaigning, traveling, spending our money, and being a fantasy football manager of the country like you're Daniel Snyder.
    But you're not good at just buckling down and doing your fucking job while blocking out criticism like every good president in recent memory has been able to do. You're the damn president, do the job and stfu nitpicking crap you have a staff to do it for you behind closed doors. Fucking drama queen.
    How anyone remains thinking he is a good leader is beyond me. Probably the same people who think Carter was an awesome leader.
